Official Rules
These Official Rules govern the ThrillCase Early-Access Rewards Program (the "Program") - registration, referrals, ThrillCoins, and social-follow and social-share bonuses. By participating in the Program you agree to be bound by these rules, in addition to our Terms and Privacy Policy. Please read carefully.
1. Not a Sweepstakes, Lottery, or Prize Drawing
The Program involves no purchase, no game of chance, no random drawing, and no prize of monetary value. ThrillCoins are a promotional, non-cash-redeemable credit as described in our Terms - they are not currency, are not exchangeable for cash or cash equivalents, and carry no guaranteed value. Nothing in these rules should be read as describing a sweepstakes, lottery, contest of chance, or prize giveaway.
2. Eligibility
Open to individuals 18 years or older at the time of registration. At launch, ThrillCase is available in the United States and Canada only; registration from other regions may be limited or restricted at Sponsor's discretion. Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor and its affiliates, and members of their immediate household, may participate but are not eligible for any discretionary recognition Sponsor may choose to offer top participants.
Void where prohibited by law. Sponsor reserves the right to exclude participants from any jurisdiction where the Program, or compliance with these rules, would be impracticable or unlawful.
3. Program Period
The Program runs from the date a participant registers for ThrillCase early access until ThrillCase's public launch, or until Sponsor ends, suspends, or modifies the Program, whichever happens first. Sponsor may extend, shorten, or otherwise change the Program Period at its discretion, with notice posted on thrillcase.com where practicable.
4. How to Participate
Register for early access at thrillcase.com using the sign-up form or by continuing with Google, Facebook, or Apple. No purchase is necessary. Upon registration, each participant receives a unique referral link and a ThrillCoins balance, viewable on their rewards page.
5. Earning ThrillCoins
5.1 Registration Bonus
Each participant receives a ThrillCoins bonus once, upon completing registration.
5.2 Referral Bonus & Verified Referrals
Participants may share their personal referral link. A "Verified Referral" is a unique individual who registers using a participant's referral link, passes Sponsor's standard registration checks (including spam and bot prevention and email verification), and is not flagged by Sponsor for fraud, duplication, automation, self-referral, or abuse, as determined in Sponsor's sole discretion. A referral bonus is credited only for a Verified Referral - sharing a link, or a friend merely visiting it, earns nothing on its own. Each participant may be credited as a Verified Referral at most once, by the first referrer whose link they used. Sponsor may cap or decline to credit an unusually large number of referrals from a single participant in a short period where it reasonably suspects abuse.
5.3 Share Bonus
Participants may earn a small bonus for sharing their referral link via the channels offered on the rewards page (including, where supported by the participant's browser or device, email, SMS, X, WhatsApp, Telegram, Facebook, or the device's native share function). Because Sponsor cannot confirm that a shared message was actually sent once it hands off to a participant's own email or messaging application, this bonus is awarded on a good-faith basis and is not independently verified except where the participant's device itself confirms the share was completed. Sponsor reserves the right to withhold or revoke share bonuses it reasonably believes were obtained by automated, repeated, or otherwise abusive means.
5.4 Social-Follow Bonus & Follow Verification
Participants may submit the username they used to follow an official ThrillCase channel (currently: X, Reddit, TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, Threads, Facebook, and Bluesky) via the rewards page. Submitting a username does not itself earn ThrillCoins. At a time of Sponsor's choosing before launch, Sponsor will check submitted usernames against each channel's actual follower list and credit ThrillCoins for each submission it can verify. Sponsor may reject any submission it cannot verify, including where the submitted username does not match an actual follower of the relevant channel, is misspelled or incomplete, or cannot be located for any other reason. Rejected or unverified submissions will not be credited and Sponsor is under no obligation to notify a participant of a rejection before the Program Period ends.
6. Early User Avatars
Separately from ThrillCoins, each registration also claims a place in a numbered wave of limited early-user avatar collectibles - 10,000 slots per wave, with a new wave opening automatically once the previous one fills. Waves are not limited in number. A participant's wave and position are assigned automatically, in order of registration, and cannot be chosen or transferred. The avatar artwork associated with each wave has not been finalised at the time of these rules and will be announced separately. Avatar allocations are, like ThrillCoins, provisional and not a currency, prize, or property of any kind, and Sponsor may adjust, reassign, or discontinue them at its discretion at any time before launch.
7. Sponsor's Reserved Rights
Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to:
- disqualify any participant, entry, referral, share, or follow-claim it reasonably believes violates these rules, involves fraud, duplication, automation, or abuse, or otherwise compromises the integrity of the Program;
- require proof of identity, age, residency, or ownership of the email address or social-media account used to participate;
- withhold, adjust, or claw back ThrillCoins credited in error or obtained through disqualified activity;
- modify, suspend, or cancel all or part of the Program, or change the ThrillCoins amounts awarded for any action, at any time and without prior notice, except as otherwise required by law;
- interpret, apply, and enforce these Official Rules, including all eligibility, verification, and disqualification decisions, which are final and binding.
Any attempt to interfere with the intended operation of the Program - including through multiple accounts, automated tools, or misrepresenting a referral, share, or follow - may result in disqualification and forfeiture of ThrillCoins associated with that activity.
8. ThrillCoins Are Provisional
As explained in our Terms, ThrillCoins earned during early access are provisional. Balances, earning rules, and any future migration into ThrillCase's live in-product currencies are entirely at Sponsor's discretion, are not guaranteed, and may be adjusted, reset, or discontinued at any time before launch.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Sponsor is not responsible for: lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected registrations, referrals, shares, or follow submissions; technical failures of any kind, including malfunctions of thrillcase.com, a participant's device, or a third-party platform (including any social-media platform used for a follow or share); unauthorized human or automated interference with the Program; or any error in crediting, verifying, or calculating ThrillCoins. Nothing in this section limits or excludes liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law.
10. Governing Law & Disputes
These Official Rules are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Costa Rica, consistent with our Terms. Any disputes arising in connection with these rules shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of San Jose, Costa Rica.
11. Changes to These Rules
Sponsor may amend these Official Rules at any time by posting an updated version at this URL, with the "Effective" date above updated accordingly. Continued participation in the Program after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated rules.
12. Severability
If any provision of these Official Rules is found invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
