Privacy Policy
Prime Reveal Limited respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal data in accordance with Ley No. 8968 - Ley de Proteccion de la Persona frente al tratamiento de sus datos personales (Costa Rica) and other applicable privacy legislation. This policy explains what we collect when you register for ThrillCase early access, and why.
1. Data We Collect
When you register for early access, we collect:
- Contact data - your email address (required), and phone number and/or Telegram handle if you choose to provide them
- Preference data - your country, and whether you've agreed to receive SMS updates in addition to email
- Technical data - your IP address and browser/device user-agent string, captured automatically when you submit the form
- Attribution data - which link or campaign brought you to the page (e.g. a social post or ad), so we understand which channels are working. This never requires any extra input from you
- Account & authentication data - if you sign up using Google, Facebook, or Apple instead of the form, we receive your name, email address, and a unique account identifier from that provider. We only ever request the minimum sign-in information (name and email) - never your contacts, friends list, or anything else in your account there
- Referral data - if you arrive via another user's referral link, we record that so the referring account can be credited. We do not access your contacts or social graph to make this work - it's based entirely on the link you clicked
We do not use analytics or advertising cookies, and we do not fingerprint your device beyond the technical data listed above.
2. How We Use Your Data
We use your data to: register you for early access and send you launch updates (only if you've agreed to be contacted); prevent spam and automated abuse of the sign-up form; understand which marketing channels are effective; and comply with our legal obligations. We do not use your data for any other purpose without asking you first.
3. Spam & Bot Prevention
To keep the sign-up list genuine, submissions are checked by captchaAPI.eu, a proof-of-work verification service hosted in the EU (Germany) that does not use tracking cookies or share data with third parties beyond confirming your submission wasn't automated.
4. Your Rights (ARCO)
Under Ley No. 8968, you have the following rights in relation to your personal data:
- Access (Acceso) - the right to know what personal data we hold about you
- Rectification (Rectificacion) - the right to have inaccurate data corrected
- Cancellation (Cancelacion) - the right to request deletion of your data
- Opposition (Oposicion) - the right to object to processing of your data
To exercise any of these rights, including unsubscribing at any time, please contact us at . We will respond to all legitimate requests within 30 days.
5. Data Retention
We retain your data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purpose it was collected for - principally, contacting you about ThrillCase's launch. If you ask us to delete your data, or unsubscribe, we will remove it unless we're required to keep a record for legal reasons.
6. Third Parties
We do not sell, trade, or transfer your personal data to outside parties without your consent, except where required by law or to trusted third parties who help us operate this website and are contractually required to keep your information confidential. This currently includes our hosting provider, captchaAPI.eu (see Section 3), and Bouncer (usebouncer.com), an EU-hosted service we use to check that an email address is real and deliverable before completing registration. If you choose to sign up using Google, Facebook, or Apple instead of the form, that provider also processes your sign-in as described in its own privacy policy.
7. Cookies
This site uses only strictly necessary mechanisms required for the sign-up form and spam prevention to function, plus a single sign-in cookie that keeps you logged in to see your referral link and ThrillCoins balance on a later visit. We do not use analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies.
