These terms govern your use of thrillcase.com, including registering for early access. By accessing or using the site you agree to be bound by them. Please read carefully.
1. About ThrillCase
ThrillCase is a mystery-box shopping platform operated by Prime Reveal Limited. It is not a gambling or gaming product. You must be 18 or older to register for early access. At launch, ThrillCase is available in the US and Canada only. No purchase is necessary to register for early access.
2. General Terms
2.1 Acceptable Use
You may use this website for lawful purposes only. You must not use the site in any way that breaches any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation; in any way that is unlawful or fraudulent; to transmit any unsolicited advertising or promotional material; or to knowingly transmit any data or material that contains viruses, trojans, or any other harmful code.
2.2 Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Prime Reveal Limited and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written consent.
2.3 Early-Access Registration
Registering for early access reserves your place in line for launch invitations; it is not a purchase, a pre-order, or a guarantee of any specific product, price, or launch date. We may change the launch timeline, the early-access process, or any associated rewards at our discretion, and will communicate material changes to registered users where practicable.
2.4 ThrillCoins (Early-Access Rewards)
"ThrillCoins" means the promotional, non-cash-redeemable credit earned during early access through registration, referrals, or following our social channels. ThrillCoins are not currency, have no cash value, and cannot be purchased, sold, or transferred. Balances, earning rules, and any future migration into ThrillCase's live in-product currencies are entirely at our discretion, are not guaranteed, and may be adjusted, reset, or discontinued at any time before launch.
2.5 Referral Program
Registered users may receive a personal referral link to share as part of our "Referral Program". We do not access your contacts, address book, or social graph to do this - sharing is entirely up to you and the channels you choose. A referral is credited only once the referred person completes their own verified registration; sharing or clicking a link alone earns nothing. We may disqualify referrals, accounts, or activity we reasonably believe to be fraudulent or abusive, and may withhold or claw back ThrillCoins obtained that way.
2.6 Early User Avatars
Separately from ThrillCoins, each registration also claims a place in a numbered wave of limited "Early User Avatar" collectibles (10,000 per wave; once a wave is full, the next wave opens automatically, and waves are not limited in number). Your wave and position are assigned automatically at registration and are not something you can choose. The specific avatar artwork associated with each wave has not been finalised and will be announced at a later date. Like ThrillCoins, avatar allocations are provisional, are not currency or property of any kind, and may be adjusted, reassigned, or discontinued at our discretion at any time before launch.
3. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Prime Reveal Limited excludes all representations, warranties, and conditions relating to our website and the use of this website. Nothing in this disclaimer will:
- limit or exclude our or your liability for death or personal injury resulting from negligence
- limit or exclude our or your liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation
- limit any of our or your liabilities in any way that is not permitted under applicable law
- exclude any of our or your liabilities that may not be excluded under applicable law
The limitations and exclusions of liability set out in this section and elsewhere in this disclaimer govern all liabilities arising under the disclaimer or in relation to the subject matter of this disclaimer, including liabilities arising in contract, tort (including negligence), and for breach of statutory duty.
4. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Costa Rica. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of San Jose, Costa Rica.
If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
